But unlike drop-in fitness classes, this is a long-term training system where your workouts evolve with you. You'll progress through intentional training phases—like stability, strength, and hypertrophy—so you can build a body that not only feels strong, but functions better in everyday life.

Absolutely! The Collective is designed for all levels. You’ll start with a 1-on-1 movement assessment so we can see how you move, learn about your goals, and assign movement variations that feel right for your body. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be guided the whole way.
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Every session is coach-led, and we’ll teach you how to lift safely and confidently at your own pace — no experience needed.
The Collective isn’t random workouts. It’s a progressive, coach-led training system based on real strength programming — so you actually get stronger, not just tired. Every 6 weeks has a purpose.

Nope! You can mix and match class times to fit your schedule. We recommend trying to stay consistent, but we’re flexible.
