Absolutely! The Collective is designed for all levels. You’ll start with a 1-on-1 movement assessment so we can see how you move, learn about your goals, and assign movement variations that feel right for your body. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be guided the whole way.
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Every session is coach-led, and we’ll teach you how to lift safely and confidently at your own pace — no experience needed.
The Collective isn’t random workouts. It’s a progressive, coach-led training system based on real strength programming — so you actually get stronger, not just tired. Every 6 weeks has a purpose.
Life happens — you’ll be able to make up missed sessions by attending another Collective session within 3 months, based on availability. Review our Membership Policy here.
